A company wished to promote themselves to prospective clients but had no idea where to start. We conducted a briefing session to understand the company’s objectives, their market, competitors and their customers. Further aspects of the company were analysed, for example, which products were sold to which clients, who their most profitable customers were, and a strategic marketing plan was produced. With this information and budget requirements in hand, we were able to recommend which marketing activities would be most beneficial to the company by meeting their objectives and adding the greatest value.
